⚙️VOCATIONAL TRAINING

In an effort to develop a skilled human resource base, the Trust has been offering scholarships to underprivileged yet talented students for vocational training. This initiative has been in operation since 2015. In 2017 and 2018, a total of 90 individuals received vocational scholarships to pursue courses in outsourcing, AutoCAD, office management, electrical trades, air conditioning, and refrigeration. Since 2019, an additional 15 individuals have been awarded scholarships in various technical trades.

Moreover, to promote self-employment among unemployed youth, a driving training program has been introduced. To date, 45 individuals from four separate batches have completed the driving course. The process of enrolling trainees in various vocational trades is ongoing, aiming to empower more individuals with employable skills.
